Famously French June 25—29: The French came and went from the first coast in a flash, but they left a lasting impression here and the world over. Make French food, celebrate French holidays, and learn fun French phrases. Get a chance to use your Chef de Cuisine skills and lingua Franca with your family on the last day of camp.
Spanish Staying Power July 9—13: Travel through time and to places where the Spanish legacy lives on, starting right here in St. Augustine! Experience the varied food, music, language, art, goods, and history that Spanish brought to the far reaches of the globe and discover how Spain influenced the founding of the United States. Become a tour guide of Spanish Staying Power and share this rich legacy!
African American Movers and Shakers July 16—20: Inspire people to take action! Invent new life saving medical techniques! Change music forever with your new sounds! These are but a few ways that African Americans have changed the world. Role play and share their stories throughout the week and portray their talents during “Day at the Museum” on Friday, July 20.

Menorcan Menagerie July 30—August 3: Sail a ship around the Mediterranean and piece together the colorful local flavor that is Menorcan. Make shrimp nets and experiment with new tastes and styles of dress. Put on a Menorcan Celebration to share this uniquely St. Augustine culture.
Flagler Fun and Games August 6–10: Brush up on your lawn tennis and croquet. Play baseball. Take a stroll through the woods or go for a bike ride. Leisure and recreation was the name of the game at the turn of the 20th century when Henry Flagler’s hotels were full. Create some fun times and have a field day with friends!
